Shipping Policy

Welcome to Saint K! This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping terms and conditions for all orders placed through our website, saintkshop.com. Please review this policy carefully.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
*Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: $3.00
  • Express Shipping: $30.00

*Orders over $50 qualify for free Standard Shipping.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Saint K. ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Damages

Saint K. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return & Refund Policy

At Saint K. we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You must also include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at saintkcontact@gmail.com.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
